The Rules

We will try to keep as close as possible to the ETC rulespack of 2008. Details will follow as the rulespack takes shape - see The Warhammer Forum for more info.

Fair play and Judge calls:

We will, mainly because we feel it is not in line with the spirit of the tournament, trust you to take care of yourself concerning rule issues, if they might occur. The participants of this tournament are expected to know their rules. In the rare case you really can't figure out a solution:

DON'T do the following:
- Call Jedy, Klaw, your neighbour, or any other player you consider an authority on game rules. These people also want to enjoy their games and want to be left alone.

DO the following:
- Call WYSiWYG. I will not play in the tournament myself, but will try to make sure things run as smoothly as possible. I might be gone for a few minutes sometimes (probably getting more beer or so) but I will try to be around as often as possible. I will come to your table, listen very carefully to both players' arguments and do the following:

a) For some very strange reason, I know the answer on your question. I explain this answer, and my word on the matter will be final. If I should be proven wrong later that day, tough luck. Further arguing will result in spanking.

b) Most probably, I won't know the answer either. I will then take my d6 and say "on a 4+, you are right, otherwise you are right" and roll my dice. The word of the dice will be final. Should the dice be proven wrong later that day, tough luck. Further arguing will
result in spanking.

I hope I will never have to spank you, and that you guys will behave yourselves. Keep in mind, we are not playing for a golden calf!
